Enjoyed our stay!

My friend and I stayed here during our 4 month clinical rotation at DHMC. The size was perfect for us two and the amenities included were useful to our short stay. The unit is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and a short drive from grocery stores and the medical center. The paths outside made these accessible by walking too. E was a good landlord and very responsive. He was also accommodating to my roommate for an early move in and allowing her cat.

Condo review

I stayed here with my husband and son while working locally. The condo was clean and had most of what we needed. The furniture was nice but a bit small for three people. The condo was well furnished except for a few kitchen items we purchased for ourselves. Ernesto was quick to respond when we had an issue, which only happened once with the Internet. The location is great as far as being near the highway but the property itself isn't the best area. The property did recently come under new ownership however and improvements are being made. The cost seemed high but for the area, it is a good price if splitting between two people.

Boulder Condominiums

During my six-month assignment at Dartmouth Medical Center, I stayed at this property and had a positive experience. E, the owner, was consistently responsive and professional, promptly addressing any inquiries. The standout feature was the apartment itself, which had undergone a recent renovation with new appliances. It was modern, clean, and furnished with essentials, making it easy to settle in. While there wasn't a washer and dryer in the unit, a community laundry facility was available on-site. The overall property pricing seemed a bit high for its size and offerings, and the building's aging infrastructure was noticeable, with some neglect in the maintenance of hallways and occasional unpleasant odors. However Despite these shortcomings, the apartment's comfort, modern amenities, and proximity to the hospital made for a convenient stay. Travel nurses, in particular, will appreciate the recent renovations and appliances. Overall, this property offers a comfortable living space.

Clean, close to hospital

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple months for our contract, and it definitely served its purpose. The beds are very comfortable, the apartment has 3 large smart TVs, and the kitchen has everything you need. Dartmouth is less than 7 minutes away, and hiking trails are only a short drive. The building is older and could use some TLC, but the actual apartment unit is newly renovated and very clean. The neighbors are quiet, and theres plenty of parking out front. I do feel it was a little tight for the two of us, but thats subjective. E is a great landlord, anytime I had a questions he immediately responded. Thanks for housing us!
