disapointing stay

My stay at the Furnished Finder cabin was highly disappointing. There was a strong Febreze smell initially, but it was soon replaced by a pervasive urine scent. Urine markings were found on the carpets, stairs, and rug. The owner promised to send cleaners, but the shower curtains still emitted a strong urine odor. To make matters worse, on the last day I woke up with bed bug bites and had to dispose of my baby's bassinet due to bed bug markings. Although we weren't charged for the entire stay, we still had to pay for the nights spent there. The owner's prompt response was appreciated, but it didn't fully resolve the situation. I hope they take these issues seriously and improve for future guests.
