Amazing stay
Let me tell you Jake was amazing and his property was outstanding he took me and my brother in with open arms we stayed there for 3 months while working and never once had an issue. He was always one phone call away if I had any question or concerns which I had none. Me and my brother couldnt have asked for a better land lord and now can call friend thank you Jake for your hospitality.

This was a five star property!
J was a very welcoming host. The dwelling was clean and well presented with all modern appliances and basic essentials. The dwelling was comfortable and quite easy to maintain. Our stay was for 40 days and the dwellings location was superb, a close walk or drive to the local supermarket, convenience stores and food outlets. The popular local park and lake at Mt Trashmore was within walking distance and featured regularly in our activities. The neighbourhood felt safe and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy home !
I work as a travel nurse and found this cozy place for my last contract. The home was furnished with everything I needed and really felt like my home away from home. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful and the location is close to so many places for fun, food, and convenience ! The owner is very nice and responds in a timely fashion. If I make back this way I would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot
This rental is in the perfect spot, there is so much near by. The owner is super personable and made the whole process super easy. The house is really nice and cozy, the neighborhood is safe. 10/10 would rent again

Great Place!
Absolutely loved this place.. Home away from home.. Great location, plenty of shopping stores and restaurants very close by.. There is a beautiful walk/run park Mount trashmore which i visit daily.. The condo itself is clean and quiet, neighbors are great and best of all I had my own 2 car off street parking space.. J is an awesome property owner who gave me reassurance that if anything needed fixing he would be right there but luckily that was never an issue..Again great place to stay, lots of space. I would definitely stay here again for future work assignments.. T
