While the house itself is realitively nice, the landlord is not. Regardless of what day in the month your lease ends, he will charge you for the entire month. Stay there for one week of the month? Too bad, he's charging you for the whole month and then will also charge whoever moves in after you for rent as well. Don't expect to get your deposit back either. We were left with a broken window upon move in and made to pay for it. Do you think you can clean well enough to get your security deposit back? Think again. Some dust on the back of a toilet was enough to charge us the cleaning fee. Be careful in the showers, too. The floor is incredibly slick. It has no grip to it at all once wet. My roomate and I both managed to slip and fall in the shower two or 3 times during our stay. Double check all your bedding and towels because the last person who stayed there was responsible for getting it all clean for you. Which explains the blood stain I found on my sheet the first night. If you have any issues with him during the stay, take his advice and "go check with a lawyer."
