Awesome entire apartment

Stayed her for my assignment at YNHH for 3 months. Place has everything! The bathroom was nice with the tile floors and had a very sleek/clean feel. Bedroom was spacious enough with plenty of room in the closet and 6 drawer dresser. Kitchen has an air fryer/toaster/keurig for some small appliances. Some of the cookware was outdated but Norberto ordered brand new ones and I received them the very next day! Big screen TV and awesome sun room. I used it mainly for storage. Location is amazing. I walked to/from work. Easy 1 mile (18min walk down cedar st). Less than 5 min walk to key foods grocery. Near beaches. Near train station. Near everything lol. Thanks again for the awesome stay! Highly recommend if you're looking for convenient location and private place all to yourself.

Wonderful stay away from home

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in New Haven. I stayed here on a travel assignment for 3 months with my dog. The location is great; easy to get to work and downtown. Norberto was friendly and communication was easy. He was quick to help with any issues (not that there were many). Definitely would stay here again :-)

Excellent stay in New Haven, CT

Very clean and spacious apartment. Was always able to find parking right outside the building. Convenient location to the hospitals, grocery stores, train station, and multiple activities to do in your free time. Norberto was an amazing landlord and very responsive to any messages. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cute New Haven Apt

This was the perfect spot for my assignment at Yale New Haven! Super convenient to the hospital, interstates, shopping and transit and also quiet and relaxing! N was an amazing landlord, responded right away any time I had a question and everyone I encountered was so nice! The laundry onsite is a huge plus too! Would definitely stay again for another assignment here!

Wonderful!

I had an assignment at YNHH from August-November and this property was in a great location for a simple quick drive to work everyday. The host and his family that lived downstairs were communicative, kind, respectful and very easy to work with. The apartment was very tidy and quiet close to the beaches for the summer months and close to fun activities in the fall! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone trying to find a living space in New Haven!

Very homey!

I stayed at Ns place with my boyfriend during my assignment at YNHH over the Spring/Summer. The home is an upstairs unit in a single house. It was very clean and had basically everything we needed. His parents (and their sweet dog Mia!) that lived downstairs were very kind and even helped us bring in packages/mail. The washing machine was acting up a bit in the beginning, but N was on it and even had it replaced for us which helped out tremendously! He even came and installed a window AC in our bedroom without being asked and that improved our sleep by 100% since it was so hot out! It also came with a nice sunroom if you want extra space. The unit gets lots of sunlight and theres a nice tree outside so the mornings are beautiful. Its a really good deal especially for being in New Haven and close to everything. Ample parking spaces on the street too. You wont regret staying here!
