PERFECT

I had a rather extended stay here as a traveling PT with a few contracts I took. I absolutely loved it here! I always felt safe. Such a beautiful and comfortable MIL that truly feels like a plentiful one bedroom apartment. For its size, it was so efficient; Plenty of storage space with the hall closet and pantry, washer dryer, separate bedroom with wardrobes. Bonus is you get to park right in the driveway and you have your own entrance. Though the MIL is connected to the house, I never had any privacy concerns. Katherine was always respectful and such a great landlord to have! She was quiet and if there was anything I needed or if I had questions, she would respond promptly. Thanks so much Katherine! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a furnished rental :)
