Great place
Great hosts. Place was comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. This is great if youre a nurse, student or individual who needs total silence at night and during the day. especially if youre working night shift. Driving or walking distance to grocery stores. Had no issues staying here, host was very responsive if we needed anything.

Great spot & great landlords
This house is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the American Tobacco Trail. Downtown Durham is either a half-hour walk or 6-minute drive away, so it works out nicely. S and L are great and just the right amount of communicative. They respond quickly if you have any issues, too. The house itself has everything you'd need for a long stay, and it's definitely recommended.
