This home and tenant space are uniquely and tastefully decorated. There is plenty of storage space in the room, which includes a full armoire, a two-drawer chest, and a closet. This room could easily accommodate two people; although, it is only being rented for one. Enjoy private time outside on the lanai during the warmer months. Wi-Fi accessible.

Neighborhood of townhouses, most of which are less than 10 years old and priced between 300,000 and 450,000. The residents of Friedberg Villages are very friendly and down to earth. Many are dog owners, including me. I am the owner of a delightful mini goldendoodle named Sophie.

Very quiet home in a very pretty area
This space was outside the city, yet only 14 minutes from the hospital. It is quiet, and a good place to rest, go for walks and Joi even gave me access to the gym at the development. Joi is very accommodating and handles all issues very quickly. She is a very delightful person and Sofie, her dog, is fun and playful. If you are working anywhere near Novant or Atrium, this is a nice space. I was even able to get pastured eggs at a neighbor that was very close by.

Excellent accommodations for travel nurse. Quiet, comfy, and very accommodating! She went above and beyond to assure my comforts ! Id highly recommend

A pleasant 4 month stay
I had a good experience living with Joi and her dog, Sophie. The property is well-kept overall. Joi was very accommodating, having allowed me to use the office space after work daily and providing me with a key fob to access the community clubhouse. Joi is very kind, and it was always nice having a chat with her. Would recommend.
