I came as a renter and left as a friend. My experience with Maria and Jeff during my travel nursing assignment from January through July was outstanding. They were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and easy to work with from the very beginning. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they always made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. I stayed at two of their properties, and both were clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. Instead of feeling like a temporary rental or hotel, each place truly felt like home. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared about their tenants. During a major snowstorm, they went out of their way to check on me and make sure I was safe and doing well. That level of kindness and attention is rare. I highly recommend Maria and Jeff to any travel nurse or professional looking for housing in the area. They provide more than a place to stay-they create a home away from home.

Cutest Suburban Bungalow

Fantastic stay! Highly Recommend I had a wonderful experience staying in Brookhaven with Marialena as my host. From the moment I booked, the communication was prompt and clear. Marialena was very friendly and easy to talk to. She provided helpful tips and accurately described the residence and surrounding community. Theres lots to eat, easy shopping and many conveniences all within a 7-23 minute walk from the front door. If Im ever in need of a temporary stay in the Philadelphia area Ill check with Marialena first. Thanks so much I enjoyed everything!

Great place for travel nurse

This bi-level apartment was great for me and my husband. It gave us space to be separate and together. The place is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer in unit was a plus. We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is close to many area hospitals. There are several restaurants which are within walking distance. Multiple grocery stores, a Starbucks and a Dunkin all on the same street! The M, the owner, was very responsive and communicative. I would not hesitate to rent with her again!
