Great Condo

Great unit conveniently located in Old Town Pasadena. Walking distance to restaurants and a very peaceful and safe environment. I recommend renting from this host.

Fantastic Stay

I stayed at Tonys condo for a month, and it was such a peaceful and beautiful place. As others have mentioned, the location is perfectreally convenient for daily life and easy to get to downtown LA and other nearby cities. The condo complex has great amenities, including a gym, party room, outdoor pool, and sauna. The unit itself is spacious, with a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a bonus office room. Plus, the two free parking spots are a huge perk, making it an even better deal compared to other furnished rentals in the area. Despite some challenges with the wildfires, my stay was super comfortable and enjoyable. Id absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Safe and Clean Condo

This beautiful condo is walking distance to shops and restaurants in Old Town Pasadena. I loved having a pool and fitness center, and it is a quiet and friendly complex with secured parking. Owner is kind and communicative and the place was clean and comfortable with a bonus room for my computer workstation. I'd def stay here again.

Gorgeous condo in a great location

I've rented this location for two summers now and it's been a great place for both seasons. The condo is nice and comfortable, with the separate room for an office making working from home convenient. The secure, in-garage parking is a nice reassurance, and the condo is a good location with easy access to grocery stores and food downtown and the local metro station even on foot. The kitchen is well-equipped, and all furniture and utilities are reliable and useful. The condo complex itself is nice, too, with convenient trash disposal and nice facilities. The host has been consistently responsive and helpful, and the pictures on the website are a very accurate view of what the condo looks like. Overall, it's a safe and comfortable living space in a really nice location.
