Beautiful country studio cottage in the City is set back from the street behind private wooden gate and patio/yard. Cottage has an open bedroom/living room floor plan with vaulted volume ceilings and laminate flooring and approx 500 sf (not including loft area). Garden Cottage comfortably fits 1-2 people. The space has an open concept style with pitched volume ceilings, a queen size bed as well as a sleeping cubby with skylight if you like cozy spaces (this alternates as storage). The layout accomodates comfortable seating around the counter or dining area. The bath room is spacious. There is a utility fee of $100 per person per month, maximum 2 people for cottage.

Cozy convenient stay
I really enjoyed my time in this furnished rental! It had all of the amenities I needed and Virginia went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I enjoyed all of the nice furnishings and the beautiful bathroom. The location is perfect with easy street parking in a very walkable and safe neighborhood. I would recommend to any of my friends!

Cozy place, great location. Just bring your clothes
Great place to stay. Feels like home and the host is amazing. Always reachable and lets you know in advance of any visits requiring to be in the backyard or porch. Very quiet spot. Lots of beautiful plants. Decorations are on point. My pets loved the place. There is plenty of street parking. No need for a permit. Excellent for travel nurses or anyone looking for a short term stay. Berkeley is right at the corner. Love the young people and students' vibe. If you love to walk, run, bike, any sort of movement, this spot has it all. Even a park with tennis, basketball, baseball, etc ,and a section for the pets to play. The host showed me the place by video call and answered all my questions. You just had found the right place to stay where you can enjoy and rest peacefully surrounded by all types of amenities during your stay. You won't regret it. Enjoy!

Lovely peaceful stay at the cottage
I had a lovely stay at Virginia's cottage. The cottage is very centrally located, beautifully furnished, and in a super peaceful environment with lots of plants, trees, and sunlight. V herself was a wonderful host and was always super friendly and accommodating. I 100% recommend Virginia's place for anybody who is looking for a short to medium term stay. Very sad to be leaving!

A great place to stay
I stayed at Virginias place for 3 months while working at a nearby hospital. The cottage is so comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. Its decorated very nicely with modern furniture and nice little touches like plants, artwork, and other decorations that make you feel at home. The kitchen and bathroom are full-size with all the things you need. The bed is queen size and very comfortable. I slept well every night. Theres plenty of street parking and permits are not required. The host is friendly, very pleasant and its obvious she wants you to feel comfortable, safe, and have a good experience. I may return next summer for work and will definitely reach out to Virginia to see if the cottage is available.
