We loved staying here at this cozy and homey property! Sam & Aaron were attentive and responded quickly when we had questions or needed minor fixes done. They are a sweet couple and we enjoyed our 8mos here. The location was perfect for what we needed and the neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were nice.

Hello! We are the Sawyers and are so excited you are interested in our property. Until recently, we lived on this property. We walked our dogs daily and enjoyed the quiet, safe atmosphere of this neighborhood. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and are welcome questions anytime :) We are newly married and now live in Troy, MO. Sami typically works from her Jefferson City office once a week, usually Thursdays. Occasionally, we will be staying in the basement apartment of the home to conduct any needed house maintenance or attend work events. The only space you will share with us is the laundry room.
