I had a wonderful experience living here while I got settled in Denver! Camryns home is absolutely beautiful - clean, comfortable, and had everything I wanted. The location was perfect and I felt very welcomed right away. Cam is incredibly accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept, and enjoyable stay. If I come back to Denver I would absolutely live here again

Best experience

I lived in this house for about a year and honestly had the best experience. The place is beautiful, everything is decorated so nicely, it seriously feels like a magazine but still has super cozy and homey vibes. The location is perfect too. Its in a neighborhood so you can walk around safely but right by I-70 and I-25, so getting anywhere in Denver is super easy. Youve got tons of great spots nearby- basically anything you want.. bars, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and Sloans Lake all right there. Camryn (the landlord) is amazing, shes super nice, flexible, and always willing to help out with anything that comes up. Couldnt recommend living here more!

I couldn't recommend this place enough! It's the perfect place to unwind and relax with the spacious yet cozy furnishings that make it feel like home. Camryn, the host, has been amazing. She made my cross-country move easier than I could have imagined. She listened with care, eased any worries I had, and has continued to ensure I feel comfortable throughout my stay. Her hospitality and consistent willingness to help have made all the difference and I'm so grateful!

If youre thinking about renting this place do it! The location is fantastic, and the space itself is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Camryn, the landlord, is absolutely amazing. Shes incredibly responsive and always quick to address any questions or needs that come up. Working with her has been a pleasure she genuinely cares about making sure you feel right at home. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location and Friendly Landlord

I stayed at this property for a month stay recently, and I felt that the cost was very fair for the amenities and location the place had to offer. All of the Furnishings were clean and nice, and it suited all of my needs for my stay. I really enjoyed the backyard space while I was there. I was able to work remotely from the home and didn't have any issues to speak of!

Be cautious

I signed a lease and paid a security deposit with this landlord well in advance of the move-in date, thinking everything was finalized. Unfortunately, about a month before I was set to move in, they decided to cancel the lease because they found a better fit for the property. This left me scrambling to find new housing on short notice after I had planned ahead specifically to avoid that kind of stress. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessionalespecially considering we both signed a legally binding lease and I had already made personal and financial arrangements based on it. Be cautious if youre considering renting from this landlord. A lease and deposit should mean something, and it was extremely disappointing to be treated like a backup option after doing everything by the book.

Amazing house, location, hosts

This was the perfect place for me to get settled in Denver! The location is amazing - safe, walkable to bars/restaurants/parks/grocery stores and a quick drive downtown. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hosts are incredibly generous and helpful and best of all they have one of the best dogs in the world. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend anyone looking for a place in Denver to stay here!

Perfect place to rent a room!!

Beautiful home in the best location for anything you would want to do! Parks in walking distance and the house also had a great yard for my dog! C** is awesome to live with and great resource for all things Denver and Colorado! Place was always clean and the private area to yourself in the basement was spacious and comfortable! Kitchen had everything I needed and everything was easily shared. Did have to park my car on the street in front of the house but never had any issues during the time I lived there. Best place you could find to share!!
