Home away from home…

We stayed here for 4 months during a travel nurse contract, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to both Denver and Olde Town Arvada, which made it easy to explore, grab great food, and still enjoy a quieter neighborhood. Ben was an excellent host—the perfect balance of giving us space while still being readily available if anything came up. He was always responsive, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We also brought our two dachshunds, and they absolutely loved the backyard space—it was such a great bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. The extra storage shed was also a huge plus—perfect for storing our overflow of skis and all the extra gear that comes with everyday life. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay—especially for longer-term visits like travel assignments.

Stayed for Two Years!

We intended to stay at Bens casita for three months and then find something more permanent, but we loved it so much that we stayed for two years. We were able to make it our home with Bens help. He is very responsive and a great landlord. The casita is private, quiet, and the perfect size for a single person or a couple.

excellent place to stay

My husband and I chose this home to stay in while working/visiting in the area for the past 6 months. First of all, the landlord was professional and a good communicator. He made us feel welcome and also was flexible with our needs. The house is great! This is a mother-in-law type house behind the owners house. Its a perfect little set up inside the fenced in backyard. The house is nice and we didnt have any issues with it at all the whole time we were there. The home is in a perfect spot, with close proximity to a lot of shops/restaurants. We would stay here again! We loved our stay at this house! We would definitely recommend this place. 10/10!!

Huge space!

I loved staying here! The space is huge compared to anything Ive had while travel nursing. I came with my cat and the bonus room was a perfect spot for all his stuff and to store my outdoors stuff. B is the best landlord as well. He is quick to respond and is very nice. He helped me out a few times and checked in on my cat while I was out of town. 10/10 recommend this spot. I wish I could bring it to everywhere I travel to.
