Loved this stay right near the lake

This was a great place to stay while on contract! Cathy is inviting and quick to respond whenever necessary! The lake was right there for beautiful walks with the dogs and many good food places are nice and close! Definitely would stay again if a contract brings me back to the area!

Perfect Location

I was a travel nurse at UWNW and HMC and this was a perfect location for both hospitals. Incredibly close to Green Lake for a nice outdoor walk, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the Link line. Cathy was always quick to respond to any issues we had. I wish I could have lived here longer!

Awesome Place to Crash

Centrally located location, really good access to the park close by. The landlord was very friendly accommodating. Plenty of dog treats! Very good crash pad, tons of good restaurants within walking/biking distance (go get some tamales.) Front patio is a garden, great place to hang out. Really enjoyed my time here.

I loved this apartment. It's right across the street from the lake. There are some great restaurants within walking distance. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. She is very responsive if you have any questions or need anything. I would definitely stay there again.

Landlord Will Not Refund the *Refundable* Deposit

I am a travel nurse who had signed a 6-month contract with a hospital that ended up being canceled by the hospital 2 weeks before the start date. I had already put my deposit in with this landlord prior to the cancellation and informed the landlord that my contract was canceled immediately when I found out. I sent the landlord a letter from my recruiter explaining that the cancelation was no fault of my own. This landlord refused to give me my deposit back even though she has the property listed as the deposit is refundable. This place looks nice and I never got the chance to move in but let this be a cautionary tale for those who don't mind losing almost $2,000

Great place next to the lake

It's a nice place with secured entrance and close proximity to lake. Excellent if you like to go for a walk or run. Restaurants/grocery shop is 10 min walk away so don't have to be car dependent. C was very nice and helpful during my stay and tried to fix any problems that came up (only minor issues). few things to note: The room is on the smallish side so if you have a lot of things, space might be tight. Also depending on which parking spot you get, it might be a little tight to get in the spot. That only applies to a couple out of the 5/6 spots.
