Kindness, professionalism, cleanliness, awesome for a medical student/resident on a budget

M is a kind and accommodating host who was very professional and fair in all her interactions with me. My security deposit was fully returned. When it came to shared areas like the kitchen, shower or living room, she was always understanding and accommodating. She also kept everything very clean, and that is something that she really cares about. She will give you advice and tools on how you can maintain the cleanliness of your room if you need it. As a medical student who needed a calm environment to study and rest, M was perfect in that regard because also is a medical professional. Most importantly, she was kind and pleasant in her interactions, and I believe I developed a good friendship with her over the year I lived there.
