Great Downtown Spot!!!

Simply stated: highly recommended. The property is located in a great place! Close to many of the attractions in Omaha such as the Old Market, the Riverfront, the Joslyn Museum....etc. The neighborhood is super safe. My wife and my daughter stayed with me and they would take long walks without ever having any issues. The apartments can only be accessed through the front door which is kept locked at all times and there are surveillance cameras, giving the residents an extra sense of security. The apartment, #1, was very comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. I would definitely stay there if I ever went back to Omaha for a contract.

The apartment listed does not reflect the reality of what I experienced. I tried to explain the issues last night, but I want to reiterate them clearly: I couldnt access the front door, which is a major safety concern. The apartment had roaches throughoutcompletely unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. The window where the unit is located was left open, which is unsafe. The hinge at the top of the back door was displaced, again raising safety concerns. The back gate is missing, allowing anyone to enter freely from the rear of the property. What made the situation worse was the group of people sitting outside and watching the entire time I was unloading and then reloading my car. As a woman, I hope you can understand how unsafe and uncomfortable this feltespecially considering the time of day. This experience was not only disappointing but also distressing.

Quite late leaving this review but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean & comfortable apartment. Neighbors were friendly, and it was convenient to walk or bike to downtown. Fabulous coffee shop (Bad Seed) across the street to work remotely when wanting to be out. We had no issues parking in the lot and felt totally safe in the area.

amazing host and property management Co they all take care of the units. laundry in basement. great area to be downtown. 6 minutes to UNMC. parking is a little difficult but always found a spot.
