I would 10/10 recommend staying here! Monica was incredibly organized, communicative, and truly thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and had everything I could possibly need. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Choosing to stay here during my travel contract was one of the best decisions I've made!

Amazing Stay

I was on a traveling assignment here for 6 months and truly couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Monica was very informative and responsive about any and everything. House is next to everything you could imagine. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again myself if on contract in SD again. Thanks Monica for a great stay

Home away from home

I cannot say enough good things about this property and Monica. She is so attentive and kind, she really made me feel as if I was part of the home she's created here. The property is in such a safe neighbourhood that backs on to a beautiful park where I would go for walks. The place is spotless and comfortable and has everything you'd need for a fully furnished home. Super close to amazing malls, and the hospital I worked at. And just a short drive to the beach! Perfect location I can't wait to be able to come back.

Amazing place to stay!!

I really loved my time in this house! Its a great space with a nice, private yard and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very close to the hospital I worked at, as well as other shops, restaurants and the freeways. The property was clean and very well maintained. The property manager is very considerate and communicative and if there was ever an issue the she handled it very quickly. I definitely recommend staying here!!

Exceptional Stay

After being on contract in San Diego for almost a year, this is by far my favorite stay. I was incredibly happy with just about everything about this house. The day we moved in, it was spotless and everything worked as advertised. The master provided plenty room and privacy and even had a very nice porch where you could enjoy a morning breakfast while looking over the park. The location was fantastic as it 5 min from two malls with plenty of groceries, gas stations and gyms also within 10 min. The homeowner is extremely responsive and respectful. Any time there was something she needed to do at the house she would give a day or two notice at least to make sure she was not disrupting my schedule. If I ever make it back to San Diego on contract I will be sure to search if this residence is available.

Everything you need!

This property exceeded all of my expectations! Super convenient location- 12 min to downtown, 12 min to the beach and right next to the freeway. Located in a safe quiet neighborhood overlooking a peaceful park, the balcony was a great place to read and relax on my days off! Plenty of street parking right near the home as well. Communication with the property manager was reliable and quick and the property had everything one could ask for. Definitely my favorite short term rental Ive stayed in as a travel professional and would recommend it to anyone traveling to SD! Thanks again for a great stay!

Safe, cozy and quiet

I truly enjoyed staying at this property. It is in an ideal area...very close to grocery stores, shopping centers, malls, and highways. They neighborhood is very safe, quiet and clean. I worked overnight and had a peaceful sleep every night. The home is updated and very cozy. M the property manager is amazing. Her communication is awesome and she always promptly addressed any of my concerns. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely return to this property when I have another assignment in SD!

Tasteful and spacious property in a perfect location.

We loved staying at this property. It is updated and in pristine condition. M was an amazing host (I rarely say this about hosts). Her communication was great and she literally went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. Property is located in a quiet area right behind a park yet very accessible to the freeway. Lots of shops and food options around. We can tell that M has been very intentional about her property and in making sure everything works well. We would without a doubt stay at this property again.

Shout out to the property owners for the best welcoming, best accommodations, and cleanest property ever!!! This property is a travelers dream. It came fully stock, I only had to purchase my personal essentials. Property owners and neighbors were so welcoming. If my circumstances were different I would personally rent the entire unit. Each room is worth its value, plus more. It was a 5 minute drive to Radys Children hospital WITH traffic. Perfect spot for shopping and eating. No flooding issues. So close to the gym and other great activities. Theres not enough characters in this comment section that will allow me to adequately depict how fantastic and marvelous this property is for Traveler. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need. TO THE OWNERS: thank you for making a lonely traveler from Alabama feel as if she could uproot her life and relocate to San Diego, California.
