Highly recommend! Amazing location with modern amenities

I recently leased this property for 6 months, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is nothing short of perfectbeautiful, quiet, and centrally located. It was incredibly convenient and just a 5-minute walk from the Deschutes River. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind after a busy day. Additionally, being so close to the river meant plenty of opportunities for scenic walks, outdoor activities, and enjoying the natural beauty of Bend. The property owner was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was in order throughout my stay. This level of care and attention to detail truly enhanced my experience and made my time in Bend memorable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and conveniently located place to stay in Bend. Whether you're here for work, leisure, or a bit of both, you won't be disappointed!

Clean, Safe, Quiet Cottage!

This property was truly ideal! A short drive to the hospital, less than 25 minutes to Bachelor, close to Old Mill, Farewell and Riverbend Parks, and great walking trails along the river just down the street. The location is tucked back and quiet but convenient to everything Bend has to offer. The home is stand-alone and very private, thoughtfully constructed and furnished with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a great stay. The owners live in the home behind the unit and they are kind and very considerate. I felt incredibly safe here and would stay again in a heartbeat!
