Rosedale Condo

This was the second year that I rented this condo for my parents for an extended stay, and once again it exceeded all expectations. The condo is clean, comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a longterm stay. The location is fantastic, with easy access to great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and other Austin attractions. The neighborhood feels safe, welcoming and is easy to navigate. What truly sets this rental apart is the host. She is incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely wonderful to work with. From the initial booking through the entire five-month stay, she was always available to answer questions and ensure everything went smoothly once again. It is rare to find a property and host that consistently deliver such a positive experience year after year. We are grateful for another excellent stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a short or longterm stay in Austin!

Rosedale Condo Review

I have enjoyed my stay at this property very much. The location is amazing. It is close to a lovely library, great food and coffee options, and several hospitals! Mine is a quick, 5 minute drive away. The condo is clean, well maintained, and well equipped with everything you could need. The area is very safe, and I am very comfortable living here alone. The host has been excellent to work with, and she is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have had. Austin is an amazing city and this rental is close to all the fun things. I cannot recommend it enough!

Lovely Condo, safe neighborhood, home away from home.

D's condo has been my favorite stay while in Austin. Currently work has me staying in Austin 3 days out of the week so being in a central location is very convenient. The neighborhood is safe and walkable to many eateries/stores. On site parking is a plus! The home is clean and comfy. Fully stocked kitchen adds to the comfort. Over all, I enjoy my stay with D and I look forward to renting from her while I work in Austin.
