I had an amazing experience renting from Ivan! Originally, I was supposed to stay in a different room, but when some issues came up, he immediately upgraded me to the master. I enjoyed my first three-week stay so much that when I came back to Phoenix, I didnt hesitate to book his place again for another five weeks. When my plans changed last minute, he was incredibly accommodating and made extending my stay effortless. Hes easygoing, responsive, and truly cares about his tenants' comfort. If you're looking for a stress-free rental experience, I highly recommend renting from him!

Home away from home

I is a wonderful landlord. He is hospitable and accommodating. Ivan is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about places to visit in the area. The home itself is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware. Everyone was good at cleaning up after themselves. My room was spacious and I felt like I had enough privacy even with the shared bathroom. The location is close to the Mesa and Gateway hospitals so commuting to work was a breeze. My stay at Ivan's was perfect for my time in Arizona.
