Large, beautifully designed and appointed apartment with hardwood floors, large balcony, and panoramic (250) views.
The space has many luxury touches and a sort of steampunk esthetic. It has sliding wall panels that can be configured to form a one-bedroom apartment, an open loft space, or a two-bedroom (the second bedroom is small and more suitable for an office or guest).

Great place, great host
Beautiful view, great neighborhood, unique and thoughtful interior, and Jacques is such an accommodating host! Would stay again :)
Amazing Stay
Stayed here during an internship. Jacques is an amazing host, and this is one of the most unique apartments I've stayed at. No complaints!

This is an amazing apartment with the kindest host you could possibly have. I stayed here during my exchange semester as a student from Sweden. Its located near everything you need, close to Chinatown and Canal Street. If you get the chance to stay here, youre lucky! Theres really nothing I can complain about, but whats good to know is that sometimes it can be noisy from the city life outside. For me that wasnt a problem, thats just how it is in Manhattan. I stayed there with another girl from the same school whom I didnt know beforehand. Thankfully were both easy-going and had no problem sharing the space. What you also should know is that the person living in the bedroom gets a bit more private space. If youre in the other smaller bedroom by the kitchen youll get an amazing view, but youll hear everything especially from the kitchen so I think you need to be a social person, or it might be hard for you. I envy you who gets to live there!
Amazing View, Space, and Host
I stayed in Jacque's space from January until April 2024. I absolutely loved staying there. The views are incredible and you won't find a more spacious place in the area for the price. Jacque was a great host. He's very accommodating and friendly. The location is great, there's a Trader Joe's and the Essex food market within 5 minutes walk. Also short walks to the F line.
