Space
This home is super comfortable for a couple. We stay here when we visit with our son and his family in a nearby town. Also, our neighbors are absolutely fantastic, as they are very friendly. Also, our tenant must agree to a cleaning at the indicated rate, from our cleaning service once per month.
Neighborhood overview
This home is located in a secure, very quiet neighborhood, with neighbor houses close by and about a block or two from the water. Neighbors will frequently walk the streets and strike up conversations. Shopping is plentiful and very close many things to do. In the summer, most of our guests are out and about during the day and return to the house to sleep.
