Great Stay
I had a pleasant and a comfortable stay at the apartment. Essence is a great host.The apartment is perfect for a short or long term stay.

Great location! Walking distance to VCU and the river. Street parking was hit or miss but never had to park very far. Street noise was expected but never excessive. Landlord was very understanding and responsive when issues arose.

Great Stay
The property was just as pictured! The host was super responsive when any issues were arrived and she worked fast to resolve them. Street parking was easy to find. There is a bus stop and busy street right next to the unit so a noise machine helps at night. Would stay again!
