Unfortunate

I found hair in the bathroom sink, and tub mat! I notified the manager I was concerned about the cleaning. They said they would send someone, I told them I would prefer to be paid for my supplies. They agreed. I found a large dent in the couch, and under the pet protector a large stain covering one entire cushion. Again messaged the manager and sent pictures. They told me they would replace it the very next day. Last I noticed large clumps of dust on my bed pillows and realized the ceiling fan and mini split were both filthy and shooting out dirt… on the bed and pillows which meant they were landing on me while I was sleeping. I sent more pictures, and advised the manager that I was moving out early, (I had paid for a full month plus deposit) and expected my full deposit back since I had been cleaning everything . The futon was never replaced, I never received reimbursement for cleaning expenses, and I of course didn’t receive any of my deposit back. Looking at legal recourse

My April Stays

My stay on Truman St. was nothing short of perfect. The apartment is centrally located with a Sprouts and Smiths Grocery within walking distance, a Walmart not too far up with street. My commute to the hospital (Presbyterian) was less than 15 minutes, with traffic. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. The neighbors are friendly.The apartment itself was very clean, and had a good month's supply of needed essentials like dish soap and toilet paper. The property owners were very attentive. They reached out often to make sure my needs were met, they also answered my emails within a timely manner.

Great Apartment

This apartment was very nice and clean, in a safe neighborhood. The whole apartment complex was well cared for, and the property manager was always quick to respond to any small issues we had. It was also in a convenient location, with grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation all close by. Would rent this apartment again if we are ever in Albuquerque again.
