A comfy stay when on the road

Wonderful property; landlord is also the homeowner and is very involved in making sure you feel "at home" during your stay (without being overbearing). The house sports a very large backyard, a deep bath tub, and well equipped kitchen. Located near tons of great places to eat and things to do, and super quick freeway access. Unfortunately my contract was cancelled early and I had to break the lease but Steve was very understanding and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing home in central Phoenix

Sabina and Steve have an amazing home in a fantastic neighborhood in central phoenix! My wife and I stayed there for 6 months and loved every minute of it! The house is very nice, big enough for a small family, with a great yard and outdoor spaces to hang out! Steve is a wonderful host! He was very responsive to all our questions, but not demanding or pushy in any way. There was a very small plumbing issue during our stay and Steve had it handled in the same week. If we are ever back in Phoenix while this is available, I will definitely be calling Steve to see if we can stay in this beautiful home again!

Great home and owners

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three months and loved it! S was very responsive and helped if we had any issues or questions. There was a minor issue with the plumbing and fridge but he made sure to get someone on site as soon as possible to get it fixed. The location and neighborhood was perfect for us. We enjoyed the backyard and the landscape. They had all the basics for us and found the house very cozy and welcoming. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to temporarily stay in Phoenix.
