This is definitely a gem. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in a good neighborhood and close to everything. Nice walking path in front of property.

Great Place, Great Landlords

I've been traveling as a nurse for years and this was one of my favorite places of all. Good, safe neighborhood; modern finishes and appliances including washer/dryer; HUGE and clean attached garage. It's a corner unit so gets great circulation with the windows open (and has central heat and AC when not). Bike path is literally out the front door and the neighbors were cordial and friendly and without drama. Landlords are responsive but not at all intrusive and started me out with nice extra touches like Kleenex, detergent and K-cups. You'll be very happy with your choice if you rent here.

I was so lucky to find this gem! Such a beautiful condo/townhouse, with all of the comforts of home, including an attached, private garage. The landlords are absolutely great people! They are trustworthy, responsive to any concerns, and very accomodating. Just the best! The area is quiet and nice, close to the area healthcare systems, shopping, restaurants, gyms, and expressways. I felt safe and comfortable here and recommend this property to those traveling to Rockford. I was sad to have to leave.
