Awesome place!

Katie’s apartment had everything I needed and was very comfortable. She was highly communicative and went out of her way to help me get familiar with the city. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Great place!

Super great place to stay at! Had everything I needed and was super close to everything! Very cozy and never had issues with anything. Katie was always responsive and went above and beyond, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to this area for a while. Really great area for exploring and lots of nearby restaurants and stores. Very quiet neighborhood and even the neighbors are super sweet!

Quiet and perfect

K was the best landlord I could have asked for. She always made a point to check in on me and make sure I had what I needed. The space was cozy and everything was just as pictured. Made the perfect little home away from home!

Phenomenal

I stayed here while completing a 6 month contract at Mercy Hospital, and I absolutely loved it! The apartment is completely finished, and is so clean and cozy. Its in a great location, and is perfect for exploring St. Louis. Katie is an amazing host, shes always so responsive and any hiccups that did happen she was able to fix them right away. I would 100% stay here again, I couldnt recommend this place enough!

Best living experience as a travel nurse

I loooved living here, I wish I had found K's place sooner. I stayed here after a colleague/friend recommended this place as she was moving out and she saw me looking at it here on FF.The apartment which is a renovated basement was perfectly cozy. I had my own private entrance which I really loved. I had everything I needed to cook and clean. I had stayed at 3 Airbnb's during my time in St. Louis with this place being my last. I felt so safe here, I never once worried about my car being broken into (which happened at the other places), I was not followed by weirdos and felt safe taking walks around the neighborhood. K is the best Landlord! She is so nice and accommodating, very responsive, she kept me informed on all the happenings around, invited me out with her awesome friends. She truly was the best thing about this little apartment and I am so glad to have met her. I highly recommend this place for your next stay. I know if i come back, I will book this place again in a heartbeat!

Best experience ever!

I absolutely loved living here (you can twll by how long i stayed lol)! I was the first tenant to live here (that"s why there are no other reviews) and I'm so glad I was! The apartment is a renovated basement which had everything i needed. That "oven" pictured? I made a cake in it and it was delicious! The walk in closet is HUGH, which i blame for my numerous shopping sprees lol. Very comfortable living space! I worked at BJC and was EXACTLY 10 min from door to parking lot! I loved that i had my own private entrance and lived close to all things important (several restaurants, grocery stores, target/walmart etc). Its a very quiet neighborhood and safe to walk in. Ok, the landlord. I absolutely love K! She made me feel at home from day one! Anything i needed she quickly responded and made sure I was good my entire stay! She kept me aware of all events that was happening in case i wanted something to do. She is very friendly! I wish i didnt have to leave! I will stay here again!
