Excellent Value Room in East Orlando
I rented this room when I moved to Orlando for a Master's program and it was an excellent, comfortable room for great value with a good proximity to UCF, Winter Park, and Oveido within 10-15 minutes driving and downtown Orlando within 20-30 minutes of driving. The landlord was very quick to respond to issues on the property. The room itself was cozy with the necessities. Nothing to complain about.

Great Location and Accommodations
To be honest I miss living here. The neighborhood is so quiet and the water view is beautiful to study by. I like that theres a Publix and target and a bus stop right down the road from me. I never had any issues with the kitchen appliances or the bathroom. R is also incredibly attentive and friendly. I own a house now but if I ever needed a bedroom to stay in again I would definitely rent here. I highly recommend it.
