Looks nice but not worth it

The property itself is new and clean. It has everything you need, is comfortable, and in a good location. However, the walls in the building are very thin and you can hear your neighbors walking around or making any noise. The landlord is very rude and is not very attentive or responsive. He doesnt treat everyone equally. If you bring anything up to his attention, he shows no understanding or compassion but makes it seem like you are the problem. I had to pay $1,500 for a security deposit which is a lot for a deposit. And when I moved out, he wouldnt refund me my deposit until a month later after reaching out to him multiple times asking him. Anytime I had a complaint, he wouldnt do anything about it but when someone else complained (they complained about my dog barking for one day), there were no exceptions. Dogs bark especially when youre not home. Not something you can control. I would try to find a better place if you can.
