Wonderful experience staying here

Loved the central location of this property! I felt very safe while also having access to great restaurants and all that Austin has to bring. The property was very well maintained with new new appliances and finishes. Overall, I was impressed and I would highly recommend if your in town.

The owner was was so considerate and accommodating. She made sure I even had toiletries and checked in on me periodically. I had everything I needed in the apartment and in the neighborhood.

Cozy and comfortable!

This apartment was the perfect stay. It was cozy and comfortable but also clean, bright and spacious. I had everything I needed during my stay from washer/dryer to kitchen appliances as well as complimentary toiletries which is a reflection of the landlord's generosity and kindness which made this process so much smoother and a pleasant experience. Location is also great because it's a quiet neighborhood but is still in very close proximity to many shopping centers, coffee shops, restaurants, breweries as well as a very short drive to central Austin. I truly recommend!
