Quiet home away from home

I highly recommend this listing. I enjoyed my time here and felt right at home. Lynn is a wonderful host who's always receptive to any needs that you have while staying in her home. I would definitely stay here again.

Great space, close to the hospital !

Great bedroom with large private bathroom. Owner , Lynn, is very nice and friendly, but gives you all the personal space you need. It is in a nice, quiet, safe gated community .

Great find!

Renewed 3 different times between late 2023 into 2024. Last stay was for a 6 month period. This is a clean home in a safe, gated community. It was also useful having my own mini refrigerator. The hot water never goes out. The owner is friendly but respects your privacy and allows you to maintain personal space. Quiet, peaceful home. The owner shares the screened back porch, and the front porch looks out on trees and it feels like being out in the country. Bonus, its close to the hospital and a comfortable fit.

Safe, cozy, and accommodating room!

Very nice, cozy room! I would not have stayed for so long if the property owner was not accommodating and very nice! Sitting on the front porch, you could hear the water fall from the canal river walk, very peaceful! Perfect location for me with proximity to Prisma Richland hospital. I felt safe and secure being in a gated community. I hope this will help you make up your mind! Stay safe in your travels!
