Rose Room (sunny & comfortable)

Comfortable room, quiet house, excellent hosts

A great place to stay. The house is quiet, which matters a lot if you're working nights and sleeping during the day, and the neighborhood is safe and close to everything you need. There's plenty of parking, so that's never a worry either. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed and everything else you'd want. The shower has excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, which is not a small thing after a long shift. The whole house is well decorated and has a warm, welcoming feel to it. Ken and Athena are easy to reach and quick to help with anything. I'd rent from them again and recommend the place without hesitation.

Living in Mass!

I would like to start out thanking Mrs. Athena and Mr. Ken for giving me the opportunity to stay at their lovely home. The property is very safe and secure . I have stayed in the Rose room from March 2025 until September 26th 2025. I am from Mississippi so it was a big culture shock. I hate to leave but I want them to know I'll be back :) ! Enjoy the stay & sight see if you can !! 10/10

Fantastic Find!

I LOVED staying here! This room is large with an extra add-on space for yoga, etc. The bathroom is also roomy. The bed is comfy, and the wifi is fast. Sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, comforters, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies ALL included. Access to full kitchen and washer/dryer, and a mere 2 blocks from UMASS Health Alliance. The hostess is very attentive and quick to respond. Ive been travel-nursing for almost 10 years-this is the best housing Ive ever landed.
