Property is probably in the best spot for travelers (especially) for the fall festival I could pretty much walk to the road and see it. Neighborhood was very quiet and was set up good for people who like to walk & bike. The inside of the unit is really nice and the beds are comfortable I like the New York style kitchen set up and high ceilings also came with a lot of kitchen supplies, seasoning, & utensils if u like to cook. I'd stay again for sure.

Property Review

This place was reasonably priced for its location and size. Upon move-in, noticed the place was not as clean as expected with candy wrappers shoved in the bed frame as well as spider webs/dust bunnies all over baseboards, blinds, and room corners which required roommate and I to spend a good amount of time cleaning on our own. Additionally, laundry room is essentially in a crawl space basement with lights that did not work for the majority of our stay. Landlord was overall easy to work with in terms of accommodations and fixes and overall stay was decent.

This was our first experience with short term travel housing. T was very quick with responses and communicated any updates. The housing was the perfect setup for us and had driveway parking, we did extend for another 13 weeks and it was fast and easy to make that happen. The fall festival(week long event in October) was really cool and walking distance, plenty of local restaurants. This was a great option and close to the hospital, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
