Comfortable

Cate is great and sweet! She bakes and would bring some down to me. The basement has a lot of space, the bed is comfortable and it's nice and dark in there. The neighbors is safe, my car was parked on the street and I forgot multiple times to lock it and it was never broken in to. Would recommend this place to others

Comfortable Place to stay

I enjoyed my stay because of the wonderful landlord. She made the move in easy and understood when l had to leave because of family emergency. She makes you feel welcome from day one. Her place is beautiful and has allot of amenities. It was my first time in Portland and this neighborhood is safe walkable and the people are friendly. I have nothing but good things to say. If you need a place that feels like home you found it here.

Wonderful Place

I couldnt have imagined a better place to stay during my move to Portland! Cate was an absolutely amazing hostkind, thoughtful, and so accommodating to both me and my cat. She went above and beyond, letting me send items ahead of my arrival, helping out during my stay, and even working with me to extend my stay when I couldnt find a place right away. The unit itself was perfectspotlessly clean, beautifully stocked, and so warm and welcoming. It truly felt like home from the moment I walked in. The neighborhood was just as wonderfulcharming and full of character, perfect for walks, and still close to everything I needed. Cate made what could have been a stressful transition feel effortless and enjoyable. Im so grateful for her hospitality and couldnt recommend this stay more highly!

Great summer in Portland

Cate's apartment was clean and spacious and her home is in a great location in North Portland. There are 4 bus lines within walking distance so you do not need a car to explore the city. It's also only a 30 minute walk into the heart of the vibrant St. Johns neighborhood. Or just chill in Cate's peaceful backyard.

Difficult Stay

Large space with very well done basement and good amenities. But owner was difficult to work with. NOT always available due to detox" days from phone and internet. THIN walls so unable to use tv or play music. ALSO dislikes when guests come. No AC and unclear moving out directions, expects you to clean although has cleaning service. Displeased with communication and hope becomes friendlier.

Absolutely amazing

Hello, I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here. It immediately felt welcoming and cozy. C was extremely tentative to the needs of a night shift nurse and accommodated to just that; even got black out curtains for the bedroom! The space was more than anyone could desire while working and exploring Portland, OR. C was super quick with responding to any questions and being a great source of recommendations. The ability to do washing/drying on site was such a great plus! I would definitely try and come back here in the future if at all possible and available! Thank you so much C for everything!

Great Stay

C was a great host, very responsive, and quick to address anything that popped up. The location was quiet and in a good neighborhood. This property came with everything I wanted in a furnished unit, I would definitely stay here again if I found myself looking for a spot in Portland.
