Cozy Townhome

The townhome was amazing cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect location with shops and stores within walking distance. Its just a couple of blocks from Lake Washington, which made it even more special. Eric and Maureen were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend staying here I truly loved the place, and you really cant beat it!

Great Stay In Seattle

The townhouse was perfect for my stay during fellowship. The house is in a beautiful family and pet friendly neighborhood, very close to the local parks, eateries, and coffee shops. Not much noise during the week even though it's on a main street in Seward Park. It's also a 15-20 min drive to all the major hospitals in Downtown Seattle. The inside of the townhome was just as pictured: clean with a kitchen fully stocked with new appliances and everything needed to cook homemade meals, beautiful furniture and decor, a comfortable queen sized bed, and nicely recessed soaking tub. Maureen and Eric were the perfect landlords! We stayed for over a year and they fulfilled every request in a prompt and professional manner. More importantly they were always friendly! If you're traveling and looking for a beautiful and convenient place to stay in Seattle, BOOK HERE! I truly haven't had a better experience during my travels and would 100% rent again

Lovely townhome in quiet neighborhood

This townhome was perfect for my travel assignment. It was exactly 20 mins to swedish FH campus without having to get on the freeway. The home was very clean, all new appliances and the kitchen was stocked with quality tools to meal prep and cook. you get lots of natural lighting when it is sunny out. I worked nightshift and I found the the blinds to be good enough, I also own a good eye mask for sleeping. The roof deck upstairs was great during the summer. Location wise, theres a great coffee shop, book store + brewery, and a fantastic burger spot all walking distance. I enjoyed walking to Seward park during my stay here. The neighborhood felt safe and I never had issues parking in front of the house. There is a good amount of cars driving by during the day, the noise wasn't terrible but could be an issue for very sensitive ears, it was not an issue for me. The owners are so kind and easily reachable. I would rent again here when I return to Seattle.
