Comfortable & Convienent

This was a large spacious unit. Very clean, with bowls available for my Frenchie to use. Any issues were addressed immediately. They even suggested a vet for my guy to visit and it worked out well, they even made sure to check on him after his visit. The couch and bed were very comfortable. I quickly learned I needed more kitchen because I like to cook more than eat out so keep in mind the refrigerator is a dorm size. An air fryer, microwave, and kuerig were available. Only two cons I had was it snowed while I was there and walking down the slope to the entrance was slippery, it's grass and has no walk way to the entrance. The other was the open windows, I purchased coverings for it because it was too much exposure for me. Otherwise it was a great experience. Kind and attentive landlord. Some noise from upstairs but to be expected in a basement apartment. It was easy to commute and shop nearby. FYI in winter snow & ice, the road to the cul-de-sac is downhill and the house is uphill.

Perfectly clean and close to everything!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience renting this property. I moved into an immaculately clean space with plenty of room for my belongings. Brand new towels and bedding were provided. The bed and couch were very comfortable and cozy. The landlord happily let me bring my dog Amanda which I was so grateful for. My commute to UVA was quick and easy breezy. This apartment is also close to everything I wanted including a Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Kroger, and Aldi. The neighborhood is upscale and safe. Amanda and I felt super safe on our walks and the neighborhood has a family of gorgeous deer that we LOVED seeing on occasion. The landlord checked in with me from time to time making sure I was enjoying my stay and asking if I needed absolutely anything but was NEVER bothersome or obtrusive. She even offered me a ride when she noticed I was having car trouble. My deposit was returned promptly and without any issues. I HIGHLY recommend this property!!!

Best stay so far

Loved this space, clean, cozy, and the owners were a breeze to work with. Slight noises from above as this is a basement apartment but even with me sleeping during the days, I never had an issue with it being loud. Wi-Fi, TV with all streaming options, personal laundry in apartment and they were very accommodating with me bringing my Pitt mix. Located in a central location about 15minutes to UVA health and a ton of great wineries in the area.
