Safe & Cozy Home: HIGHLY Recommend!

Fantastic property in a safe part of Anchorage on a suburban-feel neighborhood street, really feels like a home. John and Mindy are kind and caring, truly want your stay to be comfortable, and aren't shy about their encouragement for you to explore the city! The house itself is a wonderfully cozy floor plan and I loved the big windows in the living room/eating areas. The upgraded washer/dryer was so nice, and dishwasher was a modern essential. John does an excellent job taking care of the lawn (a HUGE plus to have lawn care included!). The heated garage with the garage door remotes for the car was everything in the winter. Overall I'm so thankful to have had the opportunity to stay here, felt very provided for by the property and family-like landlords, and even extended beyond my 1 year lease to a total of 2.25 years! I HIGHLY recommend this property and the landlords Mindy and John. You won't ever regret your stay here.

Great location, with awesome property owners. Very spacious, quiet, well kept property, with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Anchorage.
