Exceptional Stay with an Unforgettable Host
Im currently renting a room here, and I have to say it's been one of my best decisions since I moved for my new job. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, and features lovely, lively decor that makes it feel like home. What truly makes this place stand out is Bruce, the landlord. He is genuinely one of the kindest people I've ever met. A few weeks into my stay, I had a major accident that required surgery and home recovery. With no family nearby, Bruce provided immense support, acting as a caretaker during my immobilization without expecting anything in return. If you've ever been in a situation where you're dependent on others for weeks, you'll understand the depth of his kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend contacting Bruce if you're looking to rent a room; you can do so with complete confidence.

Great Host, clean and quiet place.
I am Travel Nurse, enjoyed my stay at this property. The bedroom was very cozy and comfortable, with a refrigerator to store your food.The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, which is nice after a long day of work. The Owner was an awesome host during my stay in Evans, GA .He is a very kind gentleman that goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience in Evans
I am a travel physical therapist and really enjoyed my stay at this property. The bedroom was very cozy and you get your own refrigerator to store food. B, the property owner, is also gracious enough to allow you to store small food items in the main kitchen fridge. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, which is nice after a long day of work. B was an awesome host during my stay in Evans, GA and is a very kind gentleman willing to make your stay comfortable.
