Limited Household Items & Damage

When we arrived, there were many things this house did not have: coffee mugs, only two towels, no hand or face towels for bathrooms, limited or no kitchen utensils (forks, spoons, whisks, etc), no mixing bowls, and the list for kitchen supplies continues. We had to purchase these items ourselves. The included cleaners are a great perk and the space itself is nice. When we moved in there was damage to the bathroom wall. When we moved out we were charged for the damage even though we did not cause it. If I were to stay here again I would make sure that I fill out an official move-in inspection with the landlord because it's not right to pay for damage that you didn't cause.
