Great place for short term stay

Recently stayed in the downstairs unit for 3 months with my bestfriend and our 2 cats. We highly recommended staying here! Lots of space with filled with everything you need. The landlord Drew is very professional and accommodating to every need we had. We were traveling for work and it was only a 20 minute commute to UH Cleveland Medical Center which made things very easy. We rarely had issues with traffic going to and from work which we were worried about. Everything worked out perfectly during our stay here!

My three month stay in the upper apartment this summer was great! It was super comfy, spacious, had everything I needed, and everything worked great. The landlord Drew was super helpful and communicative, timely about any issues or questions I had, and always respected my privacy. Even if a lightbulb went out, or something needed new batteries or replacement, Drew was always on top of it. Id recommend this property!

Downstairs Unit

This property was definitely the perfect home away from home for my dog and I while working at Lutheran Hospital. Easy 15-20 minute drive to work and stores/restaurants. The owner gave me access to the Ring cameras on the side and front of the house. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds, plenty of closet and dresser storage, and blackout curtains. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and cups and was equipped with a gas stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The owner also made sure the house was stocked with starter cleaning supplies. The sunroom was my dog's favorite spot to be and would sunbathe there most of the time were home. Great communication from the owner. While I was staying there, he had work done to the outside and gave us plenty of notice when they would be there and if we needed to move our cars. Very easy to get ahold of if you needed something! If I made another trip to Cleveland, I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect rental: Downstairs Apartment

After the upper apartment was secured by another travel nurse, D promised to complete the lower apartment in a 2 week span of time before I was to arrive if I wanted the rental. AND he delivered in creating a perfect home away from home! The space was completely ready, organized, and clean with beginning supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. Ample amount of utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. The two bedrooms provided comfortable beds, plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings, and blackout curtains for us night shifters! My cat enjoyed all the space to run inside playing with his toys and loved the enclosed porch to sunbath. Sense of security with access of the Ring cameras during my stay and secure doors with keypad access at front and side entry. Separate washer and dryer for my rental and another set for upper rental in basement. Simple 20 minute commute to Hillcrest Hospital. D was awesome; great communication and available for any request or questions!

Great Upper Duplex Unit

Great unit in a quiet area! New central AC installed while I was there. Had more than enough space for me and my cat (who LOVED the covered/enclosed patio). No dining table but seating available at the counter for meals as well as chairs on patio and the living room furniture. Very long and in-depth application process but owner very accessible for any needs throughout my stay.
