Perfect, quiet place!

I truly enjoyed my time living here and it really felt like home! The owners are so nice and easily reachable if needed while also giving you your own space and privacy. Everything in the unit worked super well and if anything ever needed to be fixed the owners were on it ASAP. The neighborhood is super nice since there's a lot around to do and more spacious than LA proper. I worked at CHLA in Hollywood and my drive was only ever 25 minutes. Pasadena does make you pay for parking but I always had a spot right out front of the house!

Beautiful property, amazing location and owners!

My fianc and I stayed at this property for my travel assignment at USC Arcadia, we brought our dog and we had such an amazing experience! I was nervous about staying at an ADU but not only did it feel super private but T and M were seriously hands down the best hosts I've ever come across. They were SO friendly, welcoming, hospitable, and helpful! Literally the first night we moved in, they gave us pizza! They gave us treats they homemade too which was so kind. Not only is the property beautiful, it felt so spacious for all 3 of us! My mom and sister even came to visit me for a night and we still felt like there was enough room. I'm an upcoming bride so I had endless packages coming and T always notified me about packages, I was never worried about anything being lost. The area is super safe and my fave was that it was super walkable to a lot of great restaurants and businesses (Aa Bar was my obsession)! My dog loved the yard too. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay

This was the perfect place for me during my travel RN contract in Pamona! Easy commute against traffic so it was never more than 30 min. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and back house, a big deal as a solo female traveler. Plenty of storage space since I bring everything with me. Hosts were friendly and very responsive when minor things at the house needed to be attended to. I was a little nervous since this was my first time staying on a shared property, but this was a great experience! I very much had my own space and privacy, but the hosts were very reachable when needed.

beautiful and private pasadena guest house

This was the perfect place for me after I took a travel nurse job in West Covina. The decor is modern and bright, and I had everything I needed including a washer/dryer in the guest house. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious with lots of storage. The fenced backyard was beautiful for enjoying the sun with the gorgeous mountains in view! The neighborhood was great for walks with lots of stores and restaurants close by. The hosts made me feel very welcome and was very responsive with anything I needed. They even made me rice crispy treats one night which made me feel so at home! I was sad to have to move on, but I would highly recommend for anyone who needs temporary housing!
