place of my own

loved living here during my contract. alyson was amazing! the condo was spotless on my arrival with updated appliances, plenty of storage space, stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, and blankets. neighbors are quiet and friendly. plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. freeway is close for access. will miss slow mornings on the patio after a long shift. thank you again alyson!

This condo has everything you need and very close to a lot of hospitals, max 15 minute drive. Alyson was very responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance with the place. She also offered a lot of extra amenities when I moved in which was very much appreciated. The area is very safe and only a 5 minute drive from grocery stores, gym and post office.

LOVE!!

We loved this condo! It's the perfect area! Everything is so nicely decorated, all new appliances & we loved that there was a Keurig!! As two nurses traveling for our first time, the owner was so wonderful & had everything we could need! She made us feel right at home, even when our home is halfway across the country. She was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything & was super easy to communicate with! We've loved our time here in ABQ mainly because of our living area! The condo is only about 20 minutes from UNM & the commute is not bad at all. It's a very quiet neighborhood & the neighbors are very nice! All around the condo and the owner are 10/10!! We highly recommend staying here!

Nurses Dream Rental

The Condo was perfect, two beds that ARE comfortable, very clean and aesthetically decorated. I enjoyed the fact that I always felt safe even at night. The condo is close to many hospitals and a really easy 15-20 min drive to UNM University hospital, also you have any store or restaurant you could ever want within 5-20 minutes!!! Neighbors are quiet and friendly, never had an ounce of trouble. To top it off the Landlord was a dream to interact with and each month in a very nonchalant, no bother way she would actually reach out to make sure you are ok and that there are no needs. Who does that these days?!?!? You wont regret picking this place to make home, oh and the back porch area is perfect for coffee, tea, or wine and it come with a view of the mountains! I wont stay anywhere else when visiting New Mexico.

the best place

This place was perfect in every way. Very clean, and the owner has everything you could need during your stay, plus some extra special things. The owner is so caring and kind and is checking in to see if theres anything you need. She is a quick text away in case you need anything and will get back to you right away! The locations is also great and anything you can think is only minutes away. Plus the walking distance golf course and restaurant is great!

Perfect in every way

The condo is an absolute dream. The owner A is amazing and welcoming. The owners truly care about their guests. The condo is spacious, private, beautifully furnished, and has all the amenities you need. Its in a safe neighborhood but still close enough to any shopping you may need in a great area. Theres an awesome restaurant and golf course on the same road within walking distance. I have no complaints. 10/10!
