Can't say enough good things about Janet and her incredible rental property in Pepperell. She puts great care into her properties and making sure everyone is comfortable. She is a warm and welcoming person and really helped me out when my contract was suddenly cut short 5 weeks earlier than expected. I enjoyed coming home to this house and my cozy room. I have never done a shared housing arrangement before, and was apprehensive about living in a house with a bunch of people I didn't know. But she manages to rent to the kindest, most respectful people. I never found it noisy or problematic using the kitchen or bathroom when I needed to, and even gained a new friend or two. Janet manages to make that housing arrangement run beautifully. If you are hesitant about shared housing, like I was, as long as you are renting from Janet, don't be. She has made me feel differently about that. What she is doing for people in that area in need of temporary housing is extraordinary!

Janet is an extraordinary woman. Managing so many properties but makes you feel like you're equally valued by communicating well, and treating you like a friend. She found me at such a stressful point and took me in at the perfect time. Not only was this place well maintained, but it was above and beyond what I imagined. The layout is structured in a way that allows privacy and space for everyone. As for upkeep, there are lovely women every other Tuesday that clean up the rooms(if wanted). Janet provides toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and much more always stocked for your use! It's so helpful and a huge money saver! For those sharing bathrooms, there is an upstairs and downstairs bathroom available to anyone in the unit, as well as a kitchen and refrigerator. These are also well maintained as long as the tenants do so as well. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here & work with Janet and her properties! Absolutely ADORED my stay here in room 8 for 4 months!
