A perfect spot to get settled into Austin

Stayed from March to June. It was the perfect landing spot to comfortably acclimate myself to a new city. I had just taken a new job and came with just two suitcases. This place is so well stocked for day to day living that in 3 months I only needed to buy food and soap. Alex did a great job making the place comfortable, livable, and even elevated. You'll be right at home in the living room with the furniture choices. The kitchen is also set up by someone who clearly cooks. Now on to the building, the Tyndall is a very well managed building. I love the front-desk staff, the workout and parking facilities are great, and it's extremely well located to a lot that Austin has to offer. I didn't need a car. Just biked and walked everywhere from the Tyndall. I'd highly recommend this place for a short or even a long term stay.

Gorgeous property!

I absolutely loved living at this apartment as a travel healthcare worker who needed something furnished. The apartment is well set up and super cozy. This property is much more than just the apartment though. The entire facility is well maintained and clean, the pool area is beautiful and peaceful to hang out at, and the attached gym was a huge plus that I used frequently! The building felt safe and secure. I also really loved the location in relation to downtown and the east side neighborhoods. I frequently walked along 11th street to the nearby restaurants and coffee shops or went for runs. The concierge staff are all very friendly and helpful as well. Alex is easy to communicate with and responded quickly to anything that needed addressed. I would return to this home in the future if the opportunity presented itself, and highly recommend for a furnished and easy place to stay!

Tyndall

I had a fantastic stay here this summer! The apartment looks exactly like the photos. I work remote and the WiFi worked great, theres a desk setup in the room, and the building has a few places to go work from as well. Kitchen was well stocked. I found the building to be pretty quiet and had top-notch amenities. The host Alex was incredibly responsive, especially considering he was traveling internationally while I was there. Highly recommend!

Great Place, Great Location

Stayed here a few months while on business. Unit is very clean and as pictured. Building is nice with a very good gym (if you're into that type of thing). Staff is super friendly and neighbors as well. Lots of dog owners here but never loud or anything like that. Location is perfect, can walk to whole foods, restaurants, bars, downtown if you're feeling a little adventurous. Can't stress how convenient it was living here. Would recommend to anyone both short or long term stay.

Great short term place to live

If youre looking for a short term rentalplease dont hesitate to book. I stayed there for roughly 4 months and have zero complaints. All shared spaces remained cleaned and he respects your space and privacy. This home is also located in a prime location. I never had to travel more than 15 minutes for restaurants and for work. I had no safety issues living there and theres external surveillance cameras for extra security.

2 months stay, highly recommended

I stayed here for 2 months when first moving to Austin. Very clean and well stocked space. Furnishings are nice and looked exactly like the photos. The building has great amenities and friendly staff.

Strongly Recommend

Stayed for 8months, strongly recommend. Host is nice, clean easy to get along with. Apartment is tidy, fully stocked and spacious. The building amenities and location are incredible. Easy to get around scooter Uber everywhere fast. About as good as it gets in central Austin.

Great Place To Stay - Excellent Location & Modern Design

I stayed here in June. Great place, modern design. Nice clean building. Excellent location - close to restaurants, bars, shops, but far enough away that it's quiet. Would absolutely recommend!

Great place to live

Great place to live. Beautiful light filled apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Building has really nice amenities, pool and gym. Location is super close to a lot of desirable areas of the city. I didnt have a car, and it was really easy to walk, bus, Uber, or scooter everywhere. Really chill vibe and easy going lifestyle made living there really enjoyable.

Nicest place I've ever lived

This is easily the nicest place I've ever lived. A designed his home to feel like an upscale hotel, with mid-century modern design and a bunch of beautiful colors that just feel good to come home to every night. The smart home appliances are great - all the lights can be turned on/off and change colors with just your voice, laundry can connect to your phone, Nest thermostat. No detail was spared - even the coasters are cool. The kitchen is absolutely decked out with the best equipment. As a cook, I really appreciated this and the fact that A was willing to share all of his kitchen gear with me. The place is filled with light (floor-to-ceiling windows) and plants, so it feels really fresh. The building amenities are great too - I used the Tyndall gym as my primary gym during my time there, which was incredibly convenient. Pool is nice to bring friends to in the summer. A+ 5 stars 10/10.
