sorry not sorry

Be prepared to repeatedly chase your landlord just to get your own money back. After moving out and fulfilling all of my obligations, I experienced significant delays in receiving my security deposit and received little communication throughout the process. Had I not continuously followed up, I seriously doubt the deposit would have been returned when it was. Returning a tenants deposit should not require constant reminders and persistence. The lack of accountability and professionalism made this one of the most frustrating rental experiences Ive had. Future renters should keep this in mind before booking.

Hi Ma P, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand that waiting for a security deposit to be returned can be a stressful process. I would like to clarify, however, that your security deposit was returned fully compliant with Colorado state law, which allows landlords up to 30 days from the termination date on the lease to return a deposit to ensure move-out inspections are properly completed and processed. I do still apologize if the timeline felt lengthy or if the communication during the window felt sparse and while not an excuse, I was out of state on work and had to perform the move out inspection in stages. I always aim to provide a professional experience for my tenants, and I will take your feedback into account regarding communication timelines for future tenancies. a great studio

This is a great property with quick access to boulder and easy highway/interstate access to Denver proper. The studio was well stocked and the owner was so nice and dedicated to making my stay as comfortable as possible. This place was perfect for my needs as a travel nurse and I'd happily stay again the next time I have a contract in town.

GREAT OWNER AND LOCATION!

Loren is a great owner and very accommodating. Cannot say enough about how we helped us out when we were in a tight bind. The location is great. The apartment itself is cozy and how's everything you need. Would recommend this to anybody coming in to town that wants a good location central to Denver Boulder every direction.
