Spacious 2Br 2.5 Bath Home - Close to Metro w/ Parking, utilities/cable

DC experience

In all of my travels and stays, this property was my favorite. It has its minor lived-in imperfections but the energy, layout of the property and all of the amenities is ideal for me. The townhome is situated on the top of the hill and is the upper level Unit so privacy and security is a little better. Spacious and excellent natural light. A/C a little loud but works great on the lower level. There is an extra portable AC unit upstairs but I didn't use it despite the intense summer heat. 2 flights of stairs but I enjoyed the built in workout. Plenty of closet space, cabinets and drawers for storage. Balcony with Grill. Full kitchen with a toaster oven, blender and slow cooker. Full size front load washer and dryer. No dining table.Bar stools Loved the partial views w/ a Fireworks show from the National Stadium. Train Station and Bus transfer within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Jordan is fantastic with communication and responsiveness.

DC stay

J was an excellent host. I stayed at his home for almost a year and had no issues with the neighborhood or the home. Its a lovely condo and near a lot of the DC sites. If youre looking for a place to stay near the center of DC this is it.
