Great Long-Term Stay

We stayed over a month at this house while relocating to the area. We were impressed with how clean and well maintained the house was. The neighborhood felt safe during our stay. The park in the back of the house was great to take our dog to. The location is within 10 minutes to downtown and also to many parks, grocery stores, etc. We were very comfortable in this house and highly recommend it.

My travel partner and I have really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Any time we had guests we were highly complimented on the coziness and overall ambiance of the house. More than enough room for the two of us and the occasional weekend visitor that we hosted! We really enjoyed the open concept of the house as well as all of the amenities including the front and back porches and the fully stocked kitchen. The coffee station set up with the sweetener syrups was the cherry on top! :) As a night shift travel nurse I really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the back bedroom was the perfect spot for sleeping during day time hours. The property owner and managers were very responsive to any and all questions we had and we appreciated all of recommendations for the local spots and activities, it really helped make Knoxville a great temporary home. Very accessible location as well! Would definitely recommend this property to any traveling professionals visiting the area!
