Honest landlord

Jessica was super kind and accommodating to me and my sweet dog. I was in a different living situation originally for this contract and it was not working out. I was able to come here and have peace lol with no bad surprises. She was always cordial, always receptive to messages, and cared about the comfort of everyone in the house. She offered additional space heaters, etc., always showing that she cared about the comfort of everyone in the home. I accidentally spilled a candle on her area rug and after buying an iron and attempting to save its life, I started to melt it. I apologized and said I will absolutely replace it, I just wanted to make sure I got something that was acceptable to her, and she told me to not even worry about it which was so nice and not expected at all. You will have no problem with unaddressed maintenance issues here. You will have no worries about getting a deposit back or any type of dishonesty here!
