We stay for like 6 months for work out of town The neighborhood is safe and quiet The owners are friendly and great persons always help us on anything we need it The place is amazing everything is new a complete bathroom on each bedroom is a perfect place to stay had everything we need for peaceful stay

Excellent Two-Year Stay in a Quiet, Convenient Location

I lived here for about two years while attending grad school and had a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, and the landlords are friendly and responsive. Grocery stores like Fred Meyer and WinCo are only a minutes drive away, and the unit comes with a dedicated parking spot, so I never had to worry about street parking. Inside, the apartment is newly furnished and already equipped with a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and TVs, so I barely had to bring any extra items. Its location also offers a quick drive to downtown Portland and most other parts of the city. I highly recommend this rental.

Excellent hosts, excellent home.

I stayed at here with a friend for 6 months while we were both under contract to work in Portland. D and D are great hosts who were kind, resourceful, and accomadable for anything we needed. D even took me to the airport one morning at 4am so I wouldn't pay for an Uber. They are great people and the housing was perfect and exactly as described. If I was ever in the Portland area again, I would definitely stay with them again.

Very close to hospital-Quiet

They returned the full security deposit upon move out. Its very close to Adventist Hospital. Less than 2 miles down the road. You just take 102nd street down and youre there. Dont have to get on the freeway. Place was very quiet. Bed comfortable. Heater worked great. Washer and dryer in unit. Stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge all worked. Landlords are nice family people who live in the front house.
